Ours is a health-centric model: the focus is on building a healthy body and brain through root-cause analysis and lifestyle practices that will help you make the most of who you are. Wholistic assessments, progress measurement and coaching can help you appreciate your unique strengths and needs, construct alternative futures and realise a fulfilling, impactful life.

Professional Background
Helen has worked in a variety of roles relating to the physical and mental health, human rights and perspectives of children and adults with complex health challenges and life circumstances. Helen is a certified Melillo Method practitioner, personal trainer, yoga teacher and low-carb nutrition coach. She has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology and is qualified to offer standardised clinical assessments and reports as well as supervision to mental health providers. Helen has worked in private practice for over 5 years and has previously held roles in government, not-for-profit and charity organisations at managerial level. She also volunteers for PingPongParkinson in Australia and Internationally.

Personal background
Helen enjoys creative writing, cycling, bushwalking and hiking, aerial hoop, table tennis, drumming, travel and the company of pets, including cats, dogs, guinea pigs and reptiles. Helen is Australian by birth and Croatian by descent and has lived experience of Autism in her family.
